Your adventure begins with an idyllic boat trip across Lake Lucerne to Vitznau. There, you'll board Europe's oldest cogwheel train, which will take you up to the summit of Rigi Kulm at 1,798 meters or 5897 ft.

 

Once at the top, a breathtaking 360-degree panorama of the Alps and numerous Swiss lakes awaits you. After the summit experience, you'll enjoy a leisurely stroll down an easy panoramic trail to Rigi Kaltbad, from where you'll take the cable car for a spectacular descent to the charming lakeside village of Weggis. A short walk leads you back to the pier, where the boat awaits you for the relaxing return trip to Lucerne.
